Details about parameters of each apply process that dequeues from the queue visible to the current user 

Columns

   APPLY_NAME
      Name of the apply process
   PARAMETER
      Name of the parameter 
   VALUE
      Either the default value or the value set by the user for the parameter
   SET_BY_USER
      YES if the value is set by the user,NO otherwise
