Description of the all XMLType views that the user has privileges on 

Columns

   OWNER
      Owner of the view
   VIEW_NAME
      Name of the view
   XMLSCHEMA
      Name of the XMLSchema that is used for the view definition
   SCHEMA_OWNER
      Name of the owner of the XMLSchema used for table definition
   ELEMENT_NAME
      Name XMLSChema element that is used for the view
