Description of the user's own XMLType tables

   TABLE_NAME
      Name of the XMLType table
   XMLSCHEMA
      Name of the XMLSchema that is used for the table definition
   SCHEMA_OWNER
      Name of the owner of the XMLSchema used for table definition
   ELEMENT_NAME
      Name XMLSChema element that is used for the table
   STORAGE_TYPE
      Type of storage option for the XMLtype data
